# GDPR Removal Request

> Delete users data from Converge

If a user requests to delete their data under GDPR, contact support through the chat in your workspace or by email. Include one of the following identifiers:

* **Email address**
* **Converge Profile ID**

We’ll delete all associated data, including events. **This may affect reporting**.

We process removal requests within **30 days** of receiving them.
