The processing of personal data of subjects in the European Union is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other applicable privacy and data protection legislation.

1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Converge Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
The controller as mentioned above may use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. With regards to certain processes, aforementioned controller will act as a joint controller together with Converge Ltd, with its registered office at Dalton House 60 Windsor Road, Merton Abbey, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, SW19 2RR.

The personal data we generally collect and process about you always depends on your relationship with us (customer, supplier, website user, applicant, etc.).

Outside Converge: In certain cases, we use service providers to process your data in connection with specific services we offer or to send you information about products and services. We ensure that these service providers only have access to your data to the extent necessary to perform their tasks.
4.2. Transfers abroad
Your data are stored in the United Kingdom. It is possible that we transfer your data to third parties who can process your data on our behalf abroad according to our instructions. We always do this in accordance with the conditions of this Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection regulations.

We have implemented both technical and organizational security measures to prevent collected personal data from being destroyed, lost, falsified, altered, accessed without authorization, or accidentally provided to third parties, as well as to avoid any other form of unauthorized processing. We maintain a customized security policy that focuses on protecting your data.
We can in no way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the incorrect or unlawful use of your personal data by third parties.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
If you have a complaint, question, or problem regarding the way we process your personal data, we ask you to contact us through the channels you can consult under chapter 1 of this Privacy Policy.
Converge acts as the contact point for handling your requests if you wish to exercise your rights.
If you are a subject in the European Union, you have the rights as mentioned below. When you contact us to exercise your rights, we will respond within one month. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended (up to a maximum of three months), but we will inform you within the first month of the reason for the delay. Whether or not you can exercise your rights depends on the nature of the processing and the legal basis.
Make sure to clearly indicate which right you wish to exercise and how you would like to receive the information (for example, by email, by post, orally, etc.). Note that in some cases we may ask you for additional information to verify that we are dealing with the right person.

6.1. Right of access
You have the right to know whether or not your personal data are being processed. If your personal data are being processed, you have the right to access these data in all our files, along with additional information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, possible recipients of your data, the retention period, complaint procedure, etc.
If possible, especially when this does not affect the rights and freedoms of others, you can be provided with a free digital copy of these personal data. However, note that if you request multiple copies, we may charge a reasonable fee for this.

6.4. Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. The legislation provides for a general right to object, as well as a specific right to object concerning direct marketing.
a) General right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when these data (i) are incomplete concerning the processing purposes or have been provided incorrectly, or (ii) when the registration, communication, or storage of these data is prohibited, or (iii) when the data are retained longer than the specified retention period.
If your personal data are lawfully processed, you can still object to this processing based on legal provisions from the privacy legislation, for important and justified reasons related to your specific situation.
