Get your Converge data in Google Analytics 4.

Access Requirements

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings > Account Access Management
  2. Add onboarding@runconverge.com and provide admin access
  3. Done 🎉

Installation instructions

  1. Navigate to the GA4 property for which you want to install Converge Tracking.

  2. Go to Settings (bottom-left corner) > Data Streams.

  3. If you do not have a data stream yet, create one.

  4. Once you have a data stream, click on the Data Stream and write down the GA4 Measurement ID, you will need it later.

  5. Next up, navigate to Measurement Protocol API Secrets

  6. Click on Create.

  7. Give the token the name Converge and click on Create once more.

  8. Copy the Measurement Token, you will need it later as well.

  9. Open up Converge and click on Create Connection in the Connections tab.

  10. Pick Google Analytics 4 from the App list.

  1. Give your connection a name and fill in the Measurement ID and Measurement Token you fetched in the earlier steps.

  1. Click on Create Connection.
