If a user requests to delete their data under GDPR, contact support through the chat in your workspace or by email. Include one of the following identifiers:
  • Email address
  • Converge Profile ID
We’ll delete all associated data, including events. This may affect reporting. We process removal requests within 30 days of receiving them.
