Other Ad Platforms

Learn how to setup other ad platforms for perfect interoperability with the Converge attribution dashboard.


Setup

If our custom parameters are not set, we fall back on UTM parameters. These are used to group your traffic into different channels.

For paid traffic: set the utm_medium to paid , cpc, ppc, ad, paidsocial, or display

For referral traffic: set the utm_medium to referral

For affiliate traffic: set the utm_medium to affiliate

For email traffic: set the utm_medium to email, newsletter, flow, or klaviyo

All other traffic will be classified under Other if UTM parameters are present, Organic if the referrer is set, or Direct if neither the referrer nor the UTM parameters are set.
