The Criteo marketing source lets you see platform-specific metrics (e.g. Ad Spend) in Converge. To send data from Converge to Criteo, check out the Criteo Destination instead.
Criteo’s campaigns, ad sets, and ads map one-to-one onto Converge’s, so your Criteo structure shows up unchanged in your reports. Converge groups Criteo data under the Display channel group.

Supported metrics

We support a variety of metrics to help you analyze your ad performance on Criteo. Click on each category to expand and see the specific metrics available.
The Attribution Overview Report provides a high-level snapshot of your ad performance, including efficiency and engagement metrics.
The Channels Report tab provides a detailed comparison of performance metrics across advertising channels, campaigns, ad sets, and ads, helping you understand the most effective elements.

Attribution windows

Conversions and Revenue follow the default attribution setting on your Criteo account, so they line up with what your Criteo dashboard shows out of the box. Converge syncs three fixed attribution windows on top of that, as custom conversions. Pick them in any report or dashboard to compare windows side by side. Each window brings its own revenue, so you get ROAS and CPA per window too.

FAQ

Criteo reports part of your spend and performance against a catch-all ad instead of a specific creative. Converge keeps it, because dropping it would leave your Converge totals below what Criteo reports.
Converge backfills 90 days when you first connect. Criteo serves two years of history, so reach out to your Converge representative if you need more.
